Services

From first drawing to the twentieth year of service

Manufacturing, installation, modernization and maintenance — delivered by our own teams, so accountability never gets handed off to a subcontractor.

Core capabilities

What we do

Six service lines covering the full life of a lift.

01

Manufacturing & Installation

New-construction setups for traction, hydraulic and machine-room-less lifts — designed, produced and installed under one roof.

  • Site survey, hoistway design and shop drawings
  • In-house production with tested components
  • Structural, electrical and door installation
  • Load testing, commissioning and handover documentation
02

Modernization & Refurbishment

Bring an ageing lift up to current safety and efficiency standards without rebuilding the shaft.

  • Controller replacement with the INVT EC160 intelligent control system
  • Geared-to-gearless machine conversion for quieter, cheaper operation
  • Door operator, landing door and safety-circuit upgrades
  • Cabin, COP and LOP interior refresh
03

Maintenance & AMC

Routine preventive maintenance contracts that keep availability high and surprise bills low.

  • Scheduled preventive visits with a signed checklist
  • Rope, brake, guide-shoe and door-gear inspection
  • Genuine spares from Fermator, Wittur, INVT and Monarch
  • Comprehensive or semi-comprehensive AMC options
04

24×7 Emergency Rescue

Round-the-clock callback support for entrapments and breakdowns across our service regions.

  • Trained rescue technicians on call
  • Manual brake release and safe passenger evacuation
  • Fault-code diagnostics from time-stamped controller logs
  • Priority response for AMC customers
05

Third-Party & OEM Supply

Tailored lift products supplied to other elevator companies and contractors under their own brand.

  • Complete kits or individual sub-assemblies
  • Controller, machine, door and cabin packages
  • Neutral or customer-branded documentation
  • Competitive pricing at project volumes
06

Custom & Specialised Solutions

Where the standard catalogue does not fit, we engineer the lift around the constraint.

  • High-speed lifts for high-rise buildings
  • High-capacity and vandal-resistant cars
  • Specialised communication and access-control systems
  • Fire evacuation and automatic rescue configurations

Modernization

The INVT EC160 intelligent control system

Our standard upgrade path for ageing lifts — a single integrated unit replacing a cabinet full of relay logic.

  • Integrated design

Inverter drive and main controller combined into a single unit, substantially reducing the wiring footprint inside the shaft.

  • Safety functions

Short-circuit self-detection for door locks, intelligent brake-force checking and automatic shaft-position learning.

  • Interface & diagnostics

Multi-line LCD operator panel for clear status monitoring, with real-time fault-code logs carrying time and date stamps.

  • Board architecture

Interfaces cleanly with car-top boards such as the INVT EC-CTB elevator roof control panel and command units.

Maintenance contracts

Two AMC options, no surprises

We will recommend the right one based on the age, duty and traffic of your equipment — not on which one earns us more.

  • Semi-comprehensive AMC

Scheduled preventive visits and all labour covered. Spares billed as used, at agreed rates.

    • Planned preventive visits with signed checklist
    • Lubrication, adjustment and safety-circuit testing
    • Breakdown attendance during working hours
    • Annual load and brake test
  • Most chosen

    Comprehensive AMC

Everything in semi-comprehensive, plus genuine spares and priority emergency response.

    • All routine and wear spares included
    • Priority 24×7 emergency rescue response
    • Door gear, rope and brake replacement covered
    • Annual condition report for your records

We also service lifts installed by other manufacturers. Call +91 99719 70383 to arrange an inspection.

How we work

Our project process

Predictable, documented and the same on every job — from a single home lift to a nine-car commercial installation.

  1. 1

    Consultation & site survey

We visit the site, measure the shaft or the space available, and understand traffic, budget and timelines before proposing anything.

  2. 2

    Design & proposal

Shop drawings, hoistway layout and a specification you can hand to your architect or structural consultant — with a fixed, itemised quotation.

  3. 3

    Manufacturing

Car, structure and controller are built and pre-tested with components from our technical partners before dispatch.

  4. 4

    Installation & commissioning

Our own installation teams erect, wire, load-test and commission the lift, then hand over documentation and operator training.

  5. 5

    Handover & AMC

A preventive maintenance schedule starts from day one, with 24×7 emergency rescue support for the life of the equipment.
